Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. SAUNAFY saunas will be delivered as a flat pack with the owner to sign on delivery. Unless SAUNAFY are providing installation. In this case, the SAUNAFY installers will arrange to meet the owners on-site prior to install.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

SAUNAFY will include the cost of sauna delivery for saunas delivered within 200km of capital cities. The cost of delivery to the rest of Australia will be worked out with a SAUNAFY representative prior to checkout. The cost of all accessories from the SAUNAFY store will include domestic shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

SAUNAFY strive for same-day dispatch, (If products in stock). When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you are within 200kms of East Coast capital cities and haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@saunafy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Every other Australian destination will be treated on a case by case basis and organised with a SAUNAFY representative prior to checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

SAUNAFY stands by our brand. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@saunafy.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
